BOLTRAY GAMES has opened pre-registration globally for their beloved fantasy RPG, Sword x Staff, on both Android and iOS. This title has already become a hit in China and Japan, and previously held a CBT on Android in select regions in November 2025.

Sword x Staff takes a unique take on the RPG formula, blending strategy, exploration, and idle mechanics. Set in the vibrant world of Kanstin, you step in as the Chosen Adventurer, teaming up with the Staff and Sword Twins to save the world.
As you explore the vast interactive world at your own pace, you’ll come across allies who join you in taking down the legendary Hieromons. I personally like the freedom we get, since there is no strict meta here. And the Warrior & Mage dual-class system with 200+ skills really lets you experiment in battles.
You can travel alongside Fantomon, rely on AI-driven characters, and more
I guess AI is slowly becoming a part of modern games, and it is true for this one. The AI-driven characters adapt in battles by repositioning, chasing targets, and more. And because of this, I believe the auto battles won’t be boring. Plus, you get unique regions with new sights, treasures, and more to keep you busy.
Overall, the game looks fun even with its idle elements, which I know many players will like, as you don’t have to grind a lot. Moreover, the content is solid too, with a variety of skills, companions, character creation, and more. So, I can’t wait to go travel with the Fantomon while taking on enemies.
